MICHAEL HANNA (Director) "My role as an accountant is being able to listen to my clients, understand their needs and put strategies in place to help them achieve their goals. I really enjoy finding solutions for any business challenges my clients are facing" Michael joined his father, Piers Hanna, in the Accountancy Practice in 1976 and became a partner in 1980. He became the Sole Director of the practice in 2008 after his father retired. Michael is responsible for directing H P Hanna & Company Ltd and for ensuring that all staff are working to the highest standards in providing first class, friendly service to clients. He specialises in business advice and finding solutions to difficult business and accounting problems. Over 30 years of accounting and business experience has given Michael a strong insight into the issues New Zealand business owners face today and a broad and extensive knowledge to draw on to assist with any issues that arise. He enjoys advising business owners on strategic steps required to either turn around a struggling business or maximise their existing business. Michael is married to Denise and they have four sons.
